The other, afraid to love, tries his best to resist being that Prince and fails. Accepting defeat, he chooses to become her Prince and protect his Princess always -but he fails again. When the Princess is in dire need of protection, the Prince, blinded by his fear to love, deserts her. When he realizes his folly it is too late, and the Princess is far out of his reach. To get her back and reclaim his love, the Prince has several intimidating challenges to face. From her determination to never go back to him, to his ego, his temper, and his utter cluelessness of what true love is. On this road to redemption, he has to fight Suvedh, the man completely smitten by the Princess. He has to keep himself away from the dusky socialite Amaira, who with her mysterious aura, captivating eyes, and a body that is every man's sinful fantasy is willing to do anything to own the Prince.

About the Author:  A 24/7 mom, a wife, a loving one when need be, a winger in the corporate world, and between all this when time permits, an author! Leading an ordinary life working in financial services. Happily married, have two wonderful kids, and soon will have a new addition, a labradodle… a pretty successful career, and still  something missing…

When the author was little, about 8, She wanted to be an author, but then making a living happened, and soon when she turned fifteen and did not even remember that once she had such an ambition. It came back to her after many, many years, on one of  her cringe-inciting corporate winging session.

She is  not a pundit nor a philosophy major, nor English for that matter. The Author writes about life and love, the way she understands it, and then add a little mystery to it.

Disclaimer: This is primarily a chick-lit, so if you end up reading it, do not say I did not warn you :)

_____

'The Fifth Season'... the title of the book and its cover design goes fabulously in a deep sync with its story line. The cover design metaphorically expresses the emotions from the story to be explored within the book.
Daman Rathore, a boy who has build his life from rags to riches. He lost his parents to ill-health at the young age of 12 due to their weak financial state. Rises in life with the help of his uncle and from then his major priority becomes 'money'. Stubborn and Arrogant in nature, Daman believes not even a little in love. He prefers keeping himself at a safe distance from it until he meets Muskaan Goel. Muskan is a very bubbly and a girl full of life. though her past has also a painful story to narrate but still it barely came on her face. A girl who believed in kindness, humanity and love. She was waiting for her prince to come down on a white horse with a 'baarat' blocking the traffic on the busy Delhi roads and take her along. But, fate had some other plans for the two.
And as Rayan says, "Daman & Muskan are two dissimilar people fated together!"
The Debut author Rayan Lee has a beautiful narration skill. the characterization of each character has put life to the 'names' from the novel. But, there were times when the in-depth description of situations and characters disturbs the flow of the story. Author often switches on and off from the present tract of the story that makes the reader be very attentive. Though not a complete untouched zone of the romance genre but well crafted story line, emotionally bounding and thoughtful. Has portrayed well the changing shades of any personality as per the situation demands.
'The Fifth Season' romance fiction novel by Rayan Lee is a story of 'when opposites attract' a good read for the romance fiction lovers. Though the story is not a surprise package but with Rayan's engaging narration it makes a good read.

This is the very first e-book that i had read. whenever i got time traveling i made it a point to have a quick read of it on my tab.
The points i look out in the book whenever i read one is the language, simple the language, more brownie point it gets from me. First You Plz is an easy read. Nisha has that flair in writing by which one can easily connect to. Characterization specially of Avanti, and the friendship between Meeakshi, Rachna and Avanti is expressed well.
At times when reading  the book the immature character of Avanti comes on the nerves.  but after completig the book it seemed to me that this portray was required.
 Being unbiased
Plus Points: Small Chapters, Easy Read, and good characterization
Minuses - Grammar, some more editing  is required.

The Publisher has not his part here and must work on it.

Overall this is a great debut novel by Nisha

This is for the very first instance that iam reading a self help book.  i didn't have any knowledge of how to start off, so i just started reading this book, decided to read the book chapter-wise, each chapter a day and think about it, think what Author Ashok Gupta wanted to  convey.

When i got this book i was happy seeing the  quality of of print, the cover, as always diamond books has maintained the quality of its books and are improving it as well.

This book informs about the conditioned thinking which is very prevalent in our society. The book clearly explains the conditionings which we are subject to in the journey of life from childhood to adulthood. The journey of life is different for everyone. Author here has tried to cover all the major aspects of it. Written very well in terms of explanatory language which is simple and easy to read.

The best part of this book is that the Author has begun each chapter with a quote, which summarises the chapter in brief, its like when you read the quote in the beginning to the chapter you feel to read the entire chapter in a single go.

The Author Ashok Gupta has intensively worked on the background while scripting this book which is quite evident in the read.

Author Sums up the book with

Remember for Never Ever Giving Up No Matter What

1. Never giving up is an attitude and mental state, which can be learned and conditioned by every ordinary mind. No sooner you will decide for it, you would never give up.

Mental Conditioning depends as per me is the conditions and situations you have been put in which is different from person to person, situation to situation and condition to condition. It is this when you have been put to your limits the best in you comes out.

Overall a good read and surely can be used for future references by many.

About the Book:  "His astounding sway over the masses, the victories and conquests against all odds, the appalling viciousness and cold-bloodedness, and the total lack of remorse even at the doorstep of death are proofs of this supernatural aid and influence."" He said.

My eyes were still fixed at the ice walls.

""Also, this was the only reason he wouldn't marry Eva Braun in spite of her repeated requests."" He said after some time.

""What has this to do with marriage?"" I asked.

""A lot: as you know, a Christian marriage is solemnized in a church by a priest. Hitler knew he could never stand before the altar, in the presence of God.""

""But they were married before their death."" I said.

""Yes, and no: the so called marriage performed on the morning of April twenty nine, nineteen forty five was an eye-wash. The man who married them, Walther Wagner was a minor official of the Propaganda Ministry who had no authority to solemnize marriages. Even in death, Hitler had no pangs of guilt in being deceitful to the innocent girl who had been loyal to him throughout."" He said.
For the first time, I felt sorry for the Dictator's mistress of sixteen years."

___

Starting off with the quality of the book. Being the first book of All Books Global, as per my knowledge, i feel,  they have done a pretty decent job pertaining to the Cover Art, printing and binding. Coming to the content part of the book. The language is kept very simple, with no use of fancy and heavy words, plus marks from me for it. But the book needs editing, The Visualization of the Author can very well be Polished with it.
Character portrayal of Jia and Jivan has been very well taken care off though.
I somehow feel that the Acknowledgement part should be in the end and the book should begin with the About the Author Part, which was not the case in this book, it was the other way round. Something different, but has worked in the favor for this book as its mentioned that the Authors Wife and Children suffered alienation for Mr Sudama Chandra Panigrahi (The Author) To complete the book

"Time has its own speed of ticking but anxiety wants it to tick faster" This feeling can very well be felt as the Author tries to explain it. Along with, "when time betrays, fulcrum crumbles, the sun becomes dull and night sky aches.'Time Oh time ... who moves you, when you will be mine?'"

The book also deals withe the political situation existing between India and China. Though it is much not different than that mentioned in the book, likewise its said that Truth is always stranger than fiction.

Book Review Forum awards 3.25 stars out of 5 for this debut Author.
